How MY PERSONAL ASSISTANT Began
Becky started MY PERSONAL ASSISTANT in February 2006 after working in the "corporate world" for over 30 years. She worked as an Executive Assistant, Corporate Recruiter, Human Resource Specialist, Construction & Development Director and several other Management positions. In addition to Becky's management experience, she also "managed" quite a few bosses!
As a single mom for a lot of those years, she often thought about how much time she could save if there was someone who could just go to the grocery store for her... then, she could take the kids to soccer practice, go straight home, start dinner and actually sit down and eat with the family.
In October 2005, her company moved their corporate headquarters to Orlando, Florida. She politely declined their offer to transfer, trained her replacement, and set her plans into action to launch MY PERSONAL ASSISTANT. She knew there were other moms, families and professional people who needed her services, and she was right!
